USN Smock Reworked — One-Off Cordura Jacket
A one-off piece. Designed and handmade in Manchester.
This jacket is based on the classic USN smock silhouette, re-engineered into a fully functional modern outer layer using waterproof Cordura fabric.
The original over-the-head construction has been redesigned into a full button-front closure, with each button individually hand-sewn for strength and longevity. The hood has been widened for easier access and everyday wear — no restrictive smock entry.
The pocket system has been completely reworked, now featuring four large front utility pockets for proper balance and function. Every detail serves a purpose.
